Refund Policy

Return Requests

All return requests must be made within 3 days after delivery and must receive written approval from IMDENIMTEARS prior to return shipment.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and accessories intact.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to incorrect, defective, or damaged items received.

Shipping fees will be deducted from refunds unless the return is caused by our error.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, notify us within 10 days of receipt.
Do not discard packaging materials, as they may be required for investigation.

Missing item claims must include a clear unboxing video from start to finish.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days after inspection and confirmation of eligibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Orders with incorrect or insufficient shipping addresses are not eligible for refunds or reshipment.
